Who we are and what this covers.

First Ring Pro ("we," "us," "our") is an AI-powered call answering service for tradespeople. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights — for both our business customers (tradespeople who subscribe to First Ring Pro) and callers (people who call a tradesperson whose number is forwarded to us).

Callers who choose the text channel do so by verbally saying "text" during the inbound call. No SMS is ever sent to a caller who does not explicitly request it. See our SMS Consent & Messaging Policy for full details.

How we use your information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Section 04

Third-party services we use.

We rely on the following vendors to operate. Each processes data only to the extent necessary for the described purpose.

Links to each vendor's privacy policy are available on their respective websites. We maintain data processing agreements with vendors where required.

Section 05

Data retention and storage.

Interaction records — including transcripts, messages, and media — are retained for 90 days by default and then permanently deleted. Business account records are retained for the life of the subscription plus 60 days after cancellation.

Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years). Stripe retains payment method details subject to their own retention policy.

Data is stored on servers located in the United States.

Section 06

SMS messaging and caller consent.

When a caller reaches a First Ring Pro number and chooses the text option, we send a short intake conversation via SMS. This channel is only activated by an explicit verbal request from the caller during the inbound call.

Callers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

Your rights.

If you are a First Ring Pro subscriber, you may:

If you are a caller whose information was captured through an interaction, you may request deletion of that record by contacting us with the phone number involved and the approximate date of the call.

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@firstringpro.com. We respond within 10 business days.

Section 08

Cookies and tracking.

Our marketing website uses no third-party tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools. The only cookies set are functional session cookies required for the customer dashboard login.

Section 09

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
