By creating an account or using the First Ring Pro service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
First Ring Pro is a subscription software service that answers missed phone calls on behalf of subscribing tradespeople. When a subscriber's call is conditionally forwarded to their First Ring Pro number, our AI-powered system handles the caller via voice or SMS, captures a lead summary, and delivers that summary to the subscriber.
The service includes:
First Ring Pro is available only in the United States and operates in English.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial on their first line. Your payment method is collected at signup but not charged until day 8. You may cancel at any time before day 8 and will not be charged.
The base plan is $149 per month per account, which includes one line. Additional lines may be added at $50 per line per month. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your first paid charge. All amounts are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing admin@firstringpro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.
If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times over seven days. If payment cannot be collected, your service will be suspended until the balance is resolved. Suspended accounts are subject to deletion after 30 days.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at admin@firstringpro.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

First Ring Pro is intended for use by owner-operators and small businesses in the trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and similar). Use by call centers, lead generation companies, or businesses that aggregate calls on behalf of others is not permitted without prior written approval.
The AI system is designed to conduct intake conversations — collecting the caller's problem description, location, and urgency. It is not a licensed contractor, dispatcher, or professional advisor of any kind. Responses generated by the AI are for intake purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Calls and SMS messages are logged and transcribed as part of the service. By using First Ring Pro, you represent that you have any required consent or legal basis to record and process interactions in your jurisdiction. In states that require all-party consent for call recording, you are responsible for compliance.
The local phone number assigned to your account is provisioned through Twilio and remains the property of Twilio subject to their number ownership policies. We reserve the right to reassign numbers in exceptional circumstances (e.g., regulatory requirements, Twilio policy changes), with advance notice where possible.
Conditional call forwarding is configured on your personal device using carrier codes (*71 on most US carriers). First Ring Pro has no control over your carrier's forwarding behavior. We are not responsible for calls that fail to forward due to carrier limitations, outages, or incorrect setup.
Your First Ring Pro number is for voice forwarding and SMS intake only. It may not be used as a primary business number, listed in directories, or used for outbound calling.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (Twilio, OpenAI, hosting providers) that may experience outages outside our control.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned downtime and to resolve unplanned outages promptly.
You retain ownership of the lead data captured through your First Ring Pro interactions. We do not claim any rights to your customer information or conversation content beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
First Ring Pro retains all rights to the platform, software, AI models, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.
You grant us a limited license to process and store your interaction data for the purpose of providing and improving the service, subject to the limitations in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Ring Pro's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We are not liable for:
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may cancel your account at any time as described in Section 03.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
Upon termination, your assigned phone number will be released and interaction data will be deleted on the standard 90-day schedule. You may request an immediate export of your data before termination takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which First Ring Pro is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at admin@firstringpro.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative proceeding.
